From the Light to the Dark

As arranged by the Incarna Council of Foreign Affairs, a group of diplomats, recovery specialists, and volunteers from the Dominion of Incarna arrive at the borders of Novus Atrum, the capital of Atrum Veneficus.

Their convoy consists of several simple and low-profile personnel vehicles and supply carriers. The vehicles are all light in color, some in blazing white and others in muted silver, and they all humbly bare the emblem of Incarna - a magnificient rising figure of angelic white, brilliant gold, and serene sky-blue. Altogether, they brought a group of eight vehicles. The people of Incarna wait outside of the border of Atrum to be accepted into the newly founded city of Novus Atrum.

They were met by Sorac Ivory-wolf himself along with Aisha and Otoen, he walked forward and smiled at them.

Sorac: My name is Sorac, or the King of Nights if you want to be formal, i am the ruler of Atrum Veneficus and we thank you for coming to our aid in this dire time of need. This is my economic and political adviser Otoen Nightseer and a general of mine Aisha.

Otoen: Welcome to Novus Atrum, if you need anything, dont hesitate to ask me

Aisha smiles wide at their new friends "HI! welcome to our home! i hope you like it here"

Inside the vehicles, the Atrumites could see some of the people of Incarna preparing to unload from the vehicles once they had parked in the city. There seemed to be a few dozen of them altogether, along with the large supply trucks.

An older, bald-headed man in a simple white and blue tunic with baggy white cloth pants slowly climbed out of one of the personnel vehicles, aided by a younger man who helped him down, and then he stepped forward from the convoy to greet them. He bowed his head, pressing his palms together lightly, and smiles.

"Greetings to you from Incarna. I am Council Advisor Aydem Moreon. We thank you for your welcome. It is most wonderful to meet with the representatives of the nation of Atrum Veneficus. My people are glad to be here for you."

The man stepped forward towards Sorac, extending a small wrapped satchel of white cloth to him. He smiled eagerly as he offered it to Sorac.

"This is for you, the father of Atrum Veneficus, from the Chosen of Incarna. He wishes to send his blessings. Here, please take it."

Sorac would gratefully accept the satchel and go to see what was held inside of it, as he did this the people from Incarna may take in the sight of this strange city, the large seed shaped obsidian ships acting as larger building, the dragons and wyrms flying around the area, nesting or training with thier riders. Drakes lumbering around transporting goods and people, thier military training in guerilla styled tactics. The strange magik being used might scare some of them for they would see first two of Arkenfel's apprentices training using summoning magik. They would see a few shadow hounds created and a reaper.

The people of Incarna watch, quite interested in the new city. Although they were more familiar with magic of otherworldly sources than any other "modern" nation of Elysium, it was still an uncommon sight in this land.

The satchel contains a small carved wooden seal, baring a raised relief of the emblem of Incarna and painted intricately in deep pastel shades of white, blue, and gold. Someone obviously spent a great amount of time hand-crafting it.

"It is a simple token of our good will and friendship to your nation. I hope it may bring fortune upon you."

The convoy waited for directions on where to park and unload their people within the city.

Sorac would smile at them "Thank you for this, i will treasure it, and keep it close. I, as you may gather, am quite busy as is otoen. Aisha will show you around. Be careful she a bit..hyper." He would nod as otoen also says good bye and welcomes them again and they walk away.

Aisha smiles wide and bows a bit "Welcome to Atrum! Ill show you where you can stay and unload your things and if you would like answers any questions about atrum! follow me please." She would turn with a flourish of her tail as her cat ears perked up a bit.

Aydem and a group of his people followed on foot, while the convoys followed to find a place to park and begin to unload.

"Thank you. Your city seems to be quite unique. We are glad that you have welcomed us here with open arms."

Aisha smiled at him as she lead him to the area that had been set aside for them. It was basic living area just enough room and bedding for all of them. "It is a unique place, only place in the world a cat can become a person!" she giggled and pointed to the building "there you go, any question about anything?"

"Thank you, Miss Aisha." Aydem kept his questions about Aisha's reference to transformation to himself. "We will be quite comfortable here. Where may we unload the supplies of the convoy? They can be distributed to the building sites around the city, if this is most suitable for you."

She would nod and then think, then nod again. "I beleieve that would be most suitable yes" she would smile "Any more questions?"

"No, Miss Aisha. We have no more questions. Thank you."

Aydem turned to one of the others who had accompanied him, and asked for him to go and relay the message that the supply vehicles be distributed around the city. The drivers would park the vehicles wherever they were directed to and the workers would waste no time in beginning to unload many of the greatly needed materials that Atrum required to help rebuild their city.

As the supplies were distributed the Atrumite magis would thank the people from Incarna and store the food, begin using all the medical supplies on any wounded or sickly, and begin using building materials to build. They were hard workers and were determined to get this done. They might notice a couple other people like Aisha with cat ears, and some people with wings and silver eyes which was not normal. Also some people had the magik changes to their body making them look slightly different then the rest.
