Welcome from Incarna

The newly arrived nations of Atrum, Arian, and Kyanon would each receive a message from the Dominion of Incarna.

At sunrise a few days after their initial arrival, a white messenger dove would arrive at each of their capitals. Novus Atrum, Katsutakashi, and Ky'Kabrion would each receive a sealed scroll written in beautiful and intricate calligraphy delivered to the capitol building or home of the nation's leader. The letter, addressed respectively to each nation, would read:

"To the young nations of Elysium,

Welcome to the land of Elysium, which we have called our home for many generations. The Dominion of Incarna wishes to extend our warmest greetings to you. As one of the established nations of Elysium, we seek to offer you solace and reassurance in your journey from distant lands, and we would be most pleased to offer you our welcome by sending representatives of our country to yours if you would accept our visitation.

A message would be returned to Incarna by unknown means, with the royal seal of atrum veneficus closing it.

We, the magis of atrum venenficus, thank you for your gracious welcome. We are sorry to say at the moment we barely have enough space for our own people to live comfortably and dont want to put any people from your country into such a position. Eventually though we will gladly accept your hand in friendship. Again, we must thank you for this, you are the only nation aside from Imuabu to extend a friendly or helping hand toward us.

Aritihian Akoris, The Chosen of Incarna, has forwarded me a request for inquiry into relief efforts based on your recent unfortunate displacement from your homeland. As part of our International Relief Program, I would like to plan for a representative of the Dominion to be sent to your newly established territory to assess your situation and arrange for the proper relief efforts to be taken to assist you, if this would be acceptable to you.

Although Arrakhesh is hesitant to accept aid from a foreign country for many reasons - among those being honor, pride, distrust, debt, and obligation - his advisors urge him to accept their friendly offer for assistance in order to "make a new friend" in Elysium. The advisors plan for a representative from Incarna's relief council to visit the encampment of Ky'Kabrion. Upon seeing the situation of the refugees who are living in squalor, Incarna arranges for Kyanon to be set up on their relief program for trade, supplies, and materials.

We would accept any aid you could give to help us rebuild our broken kingdom. We thank you for having such kind hearts, we are lucky to have found a land with such gracious people.
